TNCC Animals Look 3
Hey people, I know the weekend is almost over, but not to worry cause this week will provide another one (only if you're good tho ;).
Here I have for you all my look nĂºmero TRES for The Nail Challenge Collaborative animals theme look for the month of February.
I chose to do stamping with turtles. The base color I used Bettina's "Green Apple" and for the turtles I used Bettina's "Mojito".

Wet n Wild Wild Shine New Bottle Shape Part 1
*Purchased by me*
Hey, how yews doin?!
I have some swatches of the *NEW* Wet N Wild Wild Shine polishes to share with you. You find these in Dollar General in exchange for $1 lol. The formulas have been different than that of the old bottle shape, I find some formulas to be on the thick side. These swatches have been applied in 2 coats without a topcoat. These 3 are creme formula.
This is Burgundy Frost

Green Graffiti Maybelline Color Show Street Art
Hey everyone, I'm on my breakfast break trying to post this because I forgot to schedule this post last night.
On my nails today is a glitter polish by Maybelline Color Show Street Art Collection. I'm wearing the model which is lime green tinsel and octagon shaped glitters. Black circle glitters are in there too, but of course you can't see it cause I'm wearing black polish.
The other colors offered in this collection are pink, blue and red. You can find these at Walmart for $2.97.

Polish & Co swatches Part 1
Hi ladies, today I'll share with you another set of nailmail polishes I got early this week. I'm following this polish account on Instagram named @simplyissa_. She made a post about these polishes being for sale for $28 shipped, I liked the colors, thought it was a good deal so I ran with the offer to paypal. I got a total of 6 polishes shipped from Cali.
The formula is in between thick & a little runny but not to the point that you can't work with it; still for all it opaques in two coats so that's a plus. I did not use a top coat with these swatches so you can see they finish with a shine.
This one is TOO MUCH INFO
This is BLESS YOUR HEART
This is MINT TO TELL YOU
This is ONE WEEK OR TWO
Unfortunately after I swatched this green it stained my nails badly, I don't care what people say about base coats; polishes can still stain your nails. So that leaves 2 polishes unswatched, I wasn't about to continue unless I cleaned this green up completely.
Stay tuned for the next episode......

30 Day Nail Challenge Day 4- Green
Day 4, we are moving right along.... Today I'm using a untried polish I bought back in July from the store 5Below in Atlanta. This is Honey Dew by Fresh Paint. The first coat was very streaky but the second & third coat made up for it.
On my accent nail I sprinkled some bar glitters from a craft set I purchased from Michael's a long time ago. I just painted my nail, applied a top coat them sprinkles the glitter on it to create a fuzzy nail look.
I just might pull off using all untried polishes for this challenge, hmm!

Balloons for a mermaid
Hey ladies, sitting here getting my talons ready for another work week. So I felt myself getting bored so I decided to get creative. So this is what I came up with, this color was very trying in order to come up with a specific color. I had to mix light green eyeshadow, this bahama blue acrylic paint (very little) & some white base lacquer to come up with this. Never will I try this again too much shaking and mixing.
I already had this glitter which I bought from misfitson8th on etsy.com. This has pink squares, pink fine glitter, red & blue octagon shapes in it. I love this combo together.
Here's 3 coats of "Balloons for a Mermaid".

Lady Liberty
Hi all, today I have to show you my mani using the second Bondi New York polish I purchased. Here is a look at Lady Liberty which is a Mint Green color. I really enjoyed Bondi's formula as it's easy to apply, no streaks and in just two coats you'll reach your opaque satisfaction.
I've chosen to layer Color Club's "Wish Upon A Rock Star" over it, which made the perfect glitter mani I was going for; I was in the mood for glitter.

Mint Candies
Hi ladies, well here we are again, back at Monday! I went ahead & took the liberty of scheduling some posts because I will be occupied with a 2250 word research paper on serial killer John Wayne Gasey, it is due in 2 weeks but I've decided to get the ball and bounce on it.
My mani today is a polish by Candie's I picked up while browsing Kohl's department store. I read on someone's blog that they had a spotting of this polish and I decided to take a tour for myself; I remember Candie's store from back in the day. To be honest with you I didn't see anything spectacular about the colors, I believe I already have the colors that they are offering. I went on a whim and picked up two polishes I know I have the dupe to but I am not positive of their whereabouts. In these pics I am wearing the polish called Mighty Mint. It's a green minty color that reminds me of a lime sorbet color, the satisfied opacity for me is 2 coats. This polish has a pretty good formula which isn't too thick or watery. The brush is a good size and the size/shape of the bottle is cute, I really like the diamond shaped top handle. I picked up 2 polishes that retails at $8 but when I got to the register it rang up $5.60 each so that's a plus for the minus; I believe they are available online also. The glitter polish I used is a polish I've had that I purchased from Ross for 1.99 it's called Cosmetic Arts polish.
Enjoy your week ladies and in case I don't say it later I'll say it early HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Mean Green
Hi ladies, hope you all have been anticipating the end to this giveaway as I am. If you haven't entered then you still have about 16 hours left as I write this post according to rafflecopter, so enter my Giveaway. The mani I present to you today is a polish by theBalm- Hot Ticket, this model is called "counterfeit". This is my first polish by them and I enjoyed the formula. What you're seeing is two coats of opaqueness and one coat of Sech Vite. The formula is smooth, void of clumps or sticky ickyness and its drying appearance before top coat application has some shine to it. I am not really the one for dark shades but every now and then I can pull off one the darker shades. Lastly to my satisfaction, while applying the formula the color doesn't change to a darker shade it stayed exactly like you see it in the bottle. I got this polish on ebay for 4.99 free shipping. You can view more of their colors and shop HERE if you oppose the ebay deals. I used some no name gold glitter polish for the overlay on my middle, thumb and pinky to complete this mani.... it's theBomb to me :)
Although my polish is called "Counterfeit", I'd like you to enjoy the sounds of Puff Daddy and others telling you whatlife is really about....

Give me the green lighhhhhhhht
I picked up this polish while on my mini vacay in the CHI, it's called "Gargantuan Green Grape". I am stoked that its formula stayed the original color and did not dry into a dark puke color. This color gives off the appearance of a pastel spring or easter color in person as well. Idk but I've been on a real OPI kick lately seeing as though I have found at least 4 places around my way that does the buy one get one half off deal. The Jordana glitters polish I am wearing on my accent finger I picked up for I think 1.99 at my local Kmart store; I applied two coats of it with just one blanket of Seche Vite. You lacquerellas enjoy your weekend :)

This little piggy had polish...
On this "Two'sday", I chose 2 polishes from a brand I got from Ulta on their day of Buy 2 Get one free sale. The shimmery light green polish is called Mermaid & its partner today is called Finger Fireworks. The formula for Mermaid is excellent in texture, just right not watery (as I assumed it might be looking at it through the bottle). However, the glitter is a hot ass mess, very difficult application and gooey! It was everywhere!! It's nice once u get it to lay like u want it to, but good luck with the clean up on aisle 1! Lol.
