Hi everyone, how is the last of your weekend treating you all, hopefully it has been fun and you're ready for Monday morning (easier said than done right). Lady Liberty

Hi all, today I have to show you my mani using the second Bondi New York polish I purchased. Here is a look at Lady Liberty which is a Mint Green color. I really enjoyed Bondi's formula as it's easy to apply, no streaks and in just two coats you'll reach your opaque satisfaction.

I've chosen to layer Color Club's "Wish Upon A Rock Star" over it, which made the perfect glitter mani I was going for; I was in the mood for glitter.

A for Autism

Hi ladies, this is a quick post, I did this mani late in honor of my best friend Evelyn's son Ethan who has Autism. He'll be 10 and he's been a trooper with his condition. I used OPI "No time for the blues" and American Apparel's ughhh now I've forgotten the name, I'll edit it later.

I did puzzle dots... I wish they'd find the piece to puzzle for the cure of Autism.

Day 12 challenge- Stripes

Happy Friday Lacquer Ladies, today I'm showing you the challenge nails of the day which involves stripes. I figured since I'm doing the challenge, I may as well sport the breast cancer awareness color while I am at it. I used two OPI pink colors for this mani.

Day 10 challenge- Gradient

Hi all, today I have to show you my try at the gradient technique. It's pretty neat and easy if YouTube has anything to do with it. I've seen people refer to this as Ombré also, so I guess the term is interchangeable. I've used two pink OPI polishes for the technique in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month.

October nail challenge Day 1- Red nails

Hi ladies, my best homegirl and I have decided to take part in a challenge this month. I've seen this going on last month but didn't want to jump in during the middle. By the way my girl has started her own blog as well so go and check hers out here at lacqsofluv when you're free, thanks.

Today is RED NAILS so I decided to use 2 DS (dead stock) polishes, one is Butter London's "Macbeth" and the other is by Color Club from their glitter collection. One thing I don't like about buying Color Club packs in TJMaxx, Ross and etc. is that some of the packs don't name the models of the polishes.  I don't normally wear a lot of red  nails but being that it's fall I don't mind wearing it and whenever I can add some glitter, I do generously.

What the Duck?

Just when I was thinking that I kinda like the stilleto/oval nails they threw some acetone in and remixed it. With this latest nail trend, I am JUST NOT seeing myself following this one. In my utmost honest opinion I think this shape nail is a bit too glam even for me and downright hideous. Now, I am not knocking those that choose to rock em, but these oddly shaped nails, GET THE DUCK OUTTA HERE!! What you think folks?

Going Green

Well peeps here's the swatch for the neon green I showed u all in my #gettinlacqueredup post! So you know I gots to keep it 1Hunnit with you all, so I'm just gonna say it EH not feeling it... NEXT... The formula is wack to the hundredth power!! It dries dull and what you're seeing is FOUR coats plus a top coat! You can see the brush strokes that stays imprinted after each coat!!

In person the bottle color is neon but when you apply it, it's more like a leaf green the least!! I wouldn't lie to ya!!
So yeah I'm giving myself the green light... Im on to the next one....
