The Beauty Buffs: Textured

Hi you all & happy hump day!! I don't know about you all, but I am glad I am looking towards a 3 day weekend, that's surely the fruits of my labor lol.

So you know what day it is *camel voice*, yep it's Beauty Buffs day......

We celebrate one of my favorite themes and a finish that I have grown to love... yes you've guessed it, all that is TEXTURED!! I am using an untried polish from a brand called Colorina which is based in Puerto Rico, these don't have any cool names BOOOO. The green polish goes by being model #12 and the yellow polish is #11. Awesome Fizzy Applelicious

Good morning folks.... my week has been so bleh, I've been fighting off a cold I am 100% sure I caught from my niece or nephew last weekend. I think i'm doing well in stopping it from getting worse, it goes to show that just because you take vitamins; it doesn't mean you won't get sick. I was determined not to wallow in bed (well maybe this weekend I will).

Today on my nails I am wearing another polish from the Rimmel London "Sweetie Crush" line, it is another collection of spring colored textured polishes. Today I am wearing a green apple colored polish called "Fizzy Applelicious". The formula for these polishes apply really well, it's not a thin or thick formula and is opaque in two coats. 

On my accent nail I am wearing a glitter polish from NOPI called "Be awesome", they are iridescent diamond shaped glitters; the brush actually picks up a lot of the glitters easily.

On What Grounds?

Hi everyone and welcome to Monday lol. I had a wonderful weekend, I spent the whole weekend with my son, brother, niece and nephew. My nephew Avin turned 2 last week and we took him to hang out in Orlando. We had a good time. 

So on my nails today I'm wearing the third of the 4 set collection from Nopi's Roughles collection. This polish I'm wearing today is called "On What Grounds"? For me this polish gives on a mint or a baby blue appearance (depending on the swatches), on some blog posts they can look either color. 

On my accent nail I'm wearing a polish by Rue 21 called Sugar Rush, I guess they got the memo about it not being cool to not have cool names for their polishes lol. The thing is, I didn't get a rush from applying this polish; it's very sheer and streaky. The polish brush is very narrow and doesn't pick up much glitter. The formula is thick and requires 3 coats.

30 Day nail challenge Day 3- Yellow

Good morning all, today I am wearing on this third day of the nail challenge a untried polish by Sally Hansen's Sugar Coat collection. This one is called Sweetie, of all the colors I've tried from this collection, black, white and yellow seems to agree with my nails.
