Sinful Splash

TGIF Beauties....

I wore this nail color/design the other day & forgot to post them. On my accent nail is nail stickers by Sinful Colors, it's called "Splat". I've been meaning to try the actual technique (I still will), but this is a quick get ready mani!!

The peach polish is from KBSHIMMER's Summer 2015 collection called "Let go my mango".

Check it...

P.S. Do y'all see how ya girl's nails are growing!! Shoutout to them Biotin pills doing what they do (since I've been faithfully taking them)!!

Essie- Serial Shopper

Good morning polished pretties, how was your weekend? Probably thinking it was too short like I do. My Mother's Day was very relaxing and I even had dinner made for me so I'm good with that.

I did get a nice group of polishes for my Mother's Day gift so I'm even more good. On my nails is one polish from my gift which is from Essie "Too Taboo" 2014 collection. This color is a coral/peach color. I had a slight problem with the application, I found it to be a little thick & took more time than I liked to dry. This is 3 coats of Serial Shopper.

Hello Kitty Peelable Nail Polish

Hi everyone!! Wo is me, I thought I hit publish on this post, but I didn't. I have had the unpleasant occurence of having this coughing/hacking session at night, it is beyond annoying. I got a few suggestions on facebook from people and I am going to try it, I am so in need of a good night's sleep.

On my nails I've done a quick review of a polish I got for my cute little niece who's almost 4! I saw these polishes just browsing in Walmart and they're peelable for $2.97. Now at first when you put it on, it'll look like the advertised color, but it dries pretty quickly into the color that you see now. It doesn't have smell to it like regular nail polish, it smells like Elmer's glue to me. So I have on 3 coats of it which I let completely dry. It is fantastic for my niece whom i've painted her nails before and she likes to pick it off.

Once completely dry it peels off with no force or much effort. I just wish the colors stayed the advertised colors. Other than that, it's pretty sweet for the little polishettes lol.

There is another character Minnie Mouse you can buy also.

Essie- Haute as hello

Hey all today is Monday and blahhhhhhhhh anyhew I wanted to share with you all, my drizzle nails. This is my second time doing and I really doing this technique. You have to make sure before you apply the polish in a drizzle dragging motion that the polish you've set on paper is tacky and stringy. I suggest taping your nails like you would when doing a water marble mani.

I used a orange stick but you can also use a toothpick.

Now my review of this polish I bought by Essie, it's a bit streaky at first. The second coat slightly covers it but a third thin layer is opaque success!

Zoya PixieDust- Beatrix

*products were provided as press sample by company.

Happy Hump Day Lacquerettes, I'd like to show you the model Beatrix from the recently released Zoya PixieDust Collection. I have to say that the colors in this collection I enjoy much better than the first set. Here is the orange/gold shimmer textured polish. This is 3 coats because I wanted it to look deeply textured.

This look reminds me of crumpled foil paper. I wasn't sold by the first set but I'm pretty much playing for the entire team now.

On my accent nail I am wearing a franken I made around the Easter holiday. The formula is a peach base with pink squares, blue, green, red & pink circles with gold fine glitter. I call it Peach Surprise.

Gladiola

Hi ladies, I just realized I haven't posted yet this week, I have family in from Atlanta so I've been caught up in the rapture of quality time.

Here's my current mani which is no biggie, this is 3 coats of Bettina's "Gladiola" polish from the Fiori collection. On the site this color looks peachy but it's actually a shy girly pink, I love it nonetheless.

PEACHSTER

For the first time I am doing more than one post in a day, it's due to me wanting get my uploads completed of the Easter Franken polishes. Ok so here's PEACHSTER, I wanted to do a peach polish for Easter because I've noticed a lot of people only go the yellows, lime greens, pastel blue and pastel purples.

This formula consists of aqua tinsel, red & orange square glitter, red & octagon glitter, orange and yellow squares and lastly silver fine glitter.
