This Black Sheep is a flake

Hello bloggerverse, how goes it? How did your weekend go, mine went.....quickly lol! Don't worry another one is on its way (that's what I tell myself to get through the day anyway).

So I am going to show y'all what I've had on my nails since Saturday (which doesn't happen often for me). As my base color I am using Julie G polish "Balck Sheep" and my gold flakies is OPI "The Man with the golden gun" topper. I chose to matte it cause I was in a rush and it worked out great for me.

I found that the brush didn't pick up the flakies in abundance as desired :/. 

Do you own either one of these? If so, how do you like them?

Psychedelic Barmy Blue

Good morning all and HAPPY HUMP DAY!!

Today on my nails is an untried polish from my stash. I believe I picked this up from CVS for $2.97. There were other colors that are the usual colors of the rainbow. I don't believe I have enough navy blue polish in my collection so I decided to get this one, it is called "Barmy Blue" and beats me why it's called that lol.

As a glitter/flaky top coat, I've applied a polish from Fingerprints "Kaleidoscope" collection called Psychedelic Hue. It consists of iridescent flakies that shimmers differently in light. I personally like this with a matte topcoat which I'll be showing you that in this post. 

*In my opinion, to show this top coat's true quality; the best colors will be with darker polish colors.

I OPI-- Dining Al Frisco

Good morning beauties and happy hump day...

Today on my nails I have two OPI polishes. The base color I'm wearing is called "Dining Al Frisco", it is from the San Francisco collection. I thought this polish would be a shimmer bomb type formula, but it ended up not being that at all and I love it. I've applied 2 coats w/o a top coat.

The top coat I'm wearing is from Mariah Carey's collection with OPI called the "18k White Gold & Silver" top coat. I got this on sale from Ulta recently and I'm not like overjoyed about it, I feel like it's not as extravagant as I expected. I just don't feel like it's unique, I actually like the gold flakes from last year better.
