Hey everyone OMG!! I can't believe I thought today is November 30th. Thank goodness I don't write checks cause I'd me having to back track them lol. Talking about writing checks, what a blast from the past!!

Anyhoo, I wanted to get my post in shortly after the buzzer! My final look for book inspired nails is of the famous book turned movie "The Help". Have you read the book or seen the movie? If so, what do you think about it?

Happy Sunday people, how was your day of giving thanks? My belly is very thankful for all the food I have consumed since Thursday. The Mr and I threw down in the kitchen, y'all just don't know how we got down lol.

Anyway, back to my monthly obligations (in reference to my blog that is) I have look #3 here to share with you all and it's based on another favorite book in my collection. This book is very famous and has been a movie and a play (I've seen both). This book is a reality to many people who grew up in this era and it touches on a lot of real life issues!

Hola!! Why do I feel like November has wings and is just flying by like nobody's bidniz!! We are almost to the day of Thanksgiving and before you know it we will be celebrating Jesus's birthday (then mine shortly after :)!!

I am totally not loving the theme for this month (all because it's harder and I can draw lol). However, I did my best and I am going to make it to the finish line! The book I chose for this look is by Rick Warren and it's a very inspirational book called The Purpose Driven Life.

This book will bring you into all kind of intellectual aspects of your life, it is very thought-provoking and I would recommend that you all take a read of it if you haven't.

Day 24- Inspired by a book

Reading is fundamental, painting the inspiration on my nails is just plain ol FUN!! Hi ladies, today I've got a heartfelt personal post being that this book has been in my collection for years. I find so much similarity of feelings in my friends and my life in this book. If I didn't get bored so easily I would read this book agin for the gazillionth time!!

This book is by the rapper/social activist Sister Souljah, she has been the voice of urban womanhood for many years. I implore you to pick up a copy, borrow it, kindle it whatever way you can get it because it's a guaranteed "can't put down" piece of literature.
