I remembered just a few minutes ago I needed to upload this for my 3rd post for TNCC. I JUST LOVE CREATING BLACK AND WHITE DESIGNS!! For this design I used Hard Candy's glitter "Sweet Tart" and I'd like for you to know that there are two different glitter formulas smh. I spotted it in Walmart and knew that they changed the formula, they're just too busy for their own good lol.
