This mani is from the lost files in my phone with the gazillions of pics I've forgotten about. I know the base color by Sally Hansen is called Heat Stroke, it's a crelly finish. I can't remember the name of the Hard Candy glitter, when I get it I'll update the name; I got it in Walmart.
I want that glitter now.
