My base color is a red polish by China Glaze called "Rose Among Thorns", I got this on Wednesday from Sally's during their $3.99 China Glaze sale. This polish dries matte so in this post I will show you the matte and with top coat look.

My nail decals are by Sally Hansen Salon Effects called "Speed Date".
