TNCC Recreate a look 3

Good morning beauties....

It's Sunday and I know how close Monday is so I'm going to enjoy this day till the second to the end lol...

Today I have my look número TRES (Salma Hayek accent). I recreated this look from the lovely Karine (Karine's Vernis Club) who did this design some time ago. It looked like bubbles or water spotting to me so that's what inspired me to recreate it.
