Hey everyone!! Yup you read that right, New Years baby right here!! I am very happy to be here (prince Akeem voice) lol. Wow are you all ready for 2015, I know I am! Well you all I wish you all the best for 2015, I am more than grateful that you all came to chill with me in Nailmatticville and I hope you stick around next year as well.

Sinful Colors Flirt with Hearts Love Sprinkles

Good morning everyone how was your Christmas or how wasn't your Christmas? My Christmas was really nicely spent with family.

I didn't ask for anything, but I something so I'm grateful

So the polish I am wearing today are two polish new to my collection. This first one is Ginger + Liz which is sold in Ulta for $12. However, I didn't pay $12 I used my 20% off coupon and my rewards points and ended up paying $10 for 2 of them. This one is called "Private Poole" the formula is average and I like the semi-wide brush. It didn't cause any streaks and dried shiny.

This next polish is from a display I ran into at Kmart by Sinful Colors, it's a glitter mix formula of hearts and small circle pink and white glitters. Be prepared to do glitter placement with this polish because the brush picks up the circle glitters more than the heart glitters. 

The other colors in this collection are repromotes.

Gooooood morning Vietnam!! Just kidding, wanted to throw some legendary Robin Williams comedy in the mix this morning! I miss him, Mrs. Doubtfire is one of my favorite movies.

So today I shall share with you all a new color made by KBShimmer in honor of Pantone's 2015 Color of the year Marsala. Although this is not the most exciting color, I love KBShimmer's rendition of it. She managed to spice it up with the many prism's that holo polish brings to your manicure. Check out these 3 coats of "Men are from Mars-ala".

The Nail Challenge Collaborative Look 3

Rise and shine lacquer loves, don't beat me up for being chipper and up early lol I just can't sleep late.

For my 3rd look for TNCC dots theme  I wanted to do something different. So what I've done this time around is some textured dots. I've used two liquid sand polishes by OPI. The gold one is called Honey Ryder and the red one is called Magazine Cover Mouse, check it out....

Good afternoon everyone how are you enjoying your weekend? Me, I'm just chilling around the house looking for reasons not to wrap these presents lol (doing my nails IS a good reason right!)

I figured I'd post this review on these nail strips sent to me at least last month. I hadn't heard of this brand before but they sent me a email asking me to do a review on them and told me to choose 2 patterns. At first I thought it was a hoax but Lo and behold they arrived in my mailbox. I chose 2 patterns, this one is the Weave pattern which I've always liked. These strips were easy to apply AND take off. Although I only used them on two nails they were easily user friendly and if you've used Sally Hansen salon effects nail effects you will like these!

HAPPY FRIDAY Y'all we made it!! Do you all have big plans for the weekend or do you still have Christmas shopping to conclude? I don't care about Christmas I'm always up for shopping lol!

So today I wanna share with you all two lipsticks I got from the beauty supply store a few weeks ago. You all know Kiss Products, I didn't know they made lipsticks as well. I found these bad girls for $2.99. They're not a matte finish but every now and then you need a nice smooth creamy lipstick, am I right or am I right... RIGHT!!

I haven't yet worn them to give you an honest review of their performance, but don't let that stop you from taking a look at these creamy shades...

Pink Tooth Hounding

Good morning everybody, do you see what I see on the horizon.... That's Friday just over the hill y'all lol. I don't know about you all, but I'm ready for my short week next!!

So being that I've been wearing my nubs nails I wanting to try my luck at stamping again. I realized I have one of my favorite pattern as a stamp and wanted to try it out. I was very pleased that this went well on the first try, check them out (and check out that I did good on my left hand too....go me go me!!

Expect more stamping designs from me, I just might get the hang of this....

The Beauty Buffs Gold Vs Silver Theme

Hey everyone! Happy Beauty Buffs Day lol

Today we celebrate all that is themed gold and silver. You know growing up I only wore silver jewelry I don't know why I just like silver better. It wasn't until years after high school that I started buying gold pieces. This silver holo that I am wearing is from Color Club's holo collection and it's called "Harp on it". The gold textured polish partially on my ring finger is an OPI Polish called Honey Ryder.

Dupes in a blue moon

Good Morning *good shower voice*, how are you all today? I'm so glad it's another day closer to the weekend and the holidays (ready for the holidays to be over but never the weekends) lol. 

Today I'd like to show you two dupes that I have in my collection. Now I bought this Ruby Kisses "Aruba Blue" about two weeks ago, I JUST got this other Lippie by Magnolia Makeup from a Black Friday sale (got in the mail yesterday) since they had a 50% off. On their site the blue looked a little different but I took a chance.

As it turns out, they're exactly alike! Take a look and tell me what you think.... (Btw I'm so proud of myself for branching out and trying colors, while I wouldn't wear this to work I'd wear it to date night or something).

The thing is with these is that the MM one is a matte finish while the Ruby kisses is a glossy finish but turns into a matte look after a few hours.

Hey everyone, has your countdown to Christmas begun or did it start December 1st? I know I'm counting down the days for this to be over cause I am not so gung ho this holiday.

Anyhoo, this is my look #2 for The Nail Challenge Collaborative dots theme this month. I'm pissed because I thought I waited long enough to put the matte top coat on and obviously not so it streaked. Oh well I wasn't about to do it all over again. I decided to do some Christmas colored dots.

It's All SanAndreass Fault

What's up everybody!!

Hey people, I totally forgot I had this post in my draft file! I did have a lot going on yesterday so please forgive me, it's my fault!

This color is not a color you will find me wearing often, I got it in a B1G2F deal from the Smart Style salon in Walmart. This is 3 coats of a liquid sand textured polish by OPI called "It's all San Andreass Fault". I believe it's from the San Francisco collection (please correct me if I'm wrong).

Hey everyone, I'm back and in full force (no not the singing group y'all) lol! I mean health wise, I know I told you last week I had a cold. Thank heavens I am back to me cause when I am sick I feel like I'm somebody else (in the midst of wishing someone else had it lol).

But back to business here is my look número uno for the theme of dots for the month! By the way did I tell you all it's my birthday month (New Years eve to be exact)!!! Party time I know right!!

I used WnW "Lavender Creme" and OPI neon "Do you have this color in Stockholm".
